Marilyn Reiter-Nemetz, BA, J.D.
Marilyn has practised real estate law, corporate law and wills and estates since her call to the bar of the Province of Ontario in 1984. Marilyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and JD degree from the University of Toronto. Marilyn's law school academic achievement was recognized by being placed on the Dean's list and upon graduation. After articling at Torys, Marilyn practised with the law firms of Del Zotto Zorzi, and Lang, Michener as a member of the real estate group. In 1989, Marilyn joined Reiter Nemetz, a firm founded by her late father Edward Reiter.
Marilyn's practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition. In addition, Marilyn has broad experience in drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
Hyla Reiter B.Sc., J.D.
Hyla has practiced in the areas of wills and estates and real estate law with an emphasis on commercial leasing since her call to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1996. Hyla has been with our firm since 1996. Hyla has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a JD degree from the University of Toronto.
Hyla has extensive experience in the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney and in the adminisration of estates. In addition, Hyla negotiates and drafts commercial leases for a broad range of clients.
